The densest places in Singapore

We all know that Singapore is one of the most densely populated countries in the world. Ever wondered where the most densely populated areas in Singapore are? Take a look at the map below:

Did you know that Choa Chu Kang is the most densely populated HDB town in Singapore? There are more than 28,000 residents per sq km of land area in CCK; that makes Bedok and Jurong West appear sparse!

Do you live in CCK? Share with us what it's like living in the densest town in Singapore.

  1. Hello Peter, I saw this visualisation, and would like to know which dataset you used from the data.gov.sg site.

Also, may I use this in a research project I am doing? You will be attributed, along with data.gov.sg.

    Thanks!
